Devin is a Houston resident of more than 20 years and an experienced logistics professional in the subsea oil and gas industry. With a lifelong commitment to public safety, he began serving as a lifeguard at age 16, rescue diver at 18, and later volunteered with local fire departments throughout college and his professional career. Devin brings extensive expertise in logistics, emergency response coordination, and operational planning, supporting the organization's mission of search, rescue, and community service.

DOUG AGEE
Doug is a native Texan whose career in emergency services has spanned both the United States and Australia. During his time in Australia, he served as a Wildland Firefighter for five years, including two years in a leadership role as Lieutenant. Since returning to Texas in 2011, Doug has expanded his expertise in Search and Rescue, Incident Management, and Tactical Support. His diverse operational experience, proven leadership, and commitment to public service make him a valued contributor to the organization's mission and strategic direction.
